What is this place about? Serious things. That's the short answer. How long is the "long" one, you ask? Let me introduce you to the No Man's Land. Ever heard of it? It's the land that no one owns or has the rights to. Unclaimed. It's basically the world around us as we see it. We like to think that we are in charge here. No, we are not. We were born onto this land, we live here, and someday we'll just leave it. Who are we to have such ambition? To claim something that existed long before our own existence and something that will just be here long after we vanish? To even think we have the right to say "this is mine" when everything we are is a grain in the desert sandmass, a drop in the ocean, a pebble amongst the mountains, a tick of time in the abyss of time? Who are we to be so bold in our claims? We are only travelers here. Passersby. Pilgrims to the unknown. We all seek the truth. And so am I. Let me be your humble guide. Or perhaps - a companion. Maybe you are new here - or maybe your eyes have seen more than I could even imagine seeing. Do you feel the burden of your knowledge? Do you feel tiny and insignificant, insufficient to comprehend all of it? Or maybe you try to grow out of your roots and be someone else than what *they* thought you to be? Do you think about yourself? Your role here? Why are you here? I do. There are many different paths between rocks and trees out there. Some of them lead to unseen beauty, some to tormenting demise. Can you tell them apart? I try to. So please, have a seat by the campfire I have set up. I was waiting for you. How did I know you would come? Well, you always do, don't you? Let's talk a bit. You seem to be worried about something. And afraid. Are you lost? Or maybe you are running away from something? Does your body bear scars from your past? Or maybe even from your *future*?
